We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Engineer on our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Enterprise Architecture team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years prior professional experience in an engineering capacity. This opportunity will allow you to apply your engineering and enterprise architecture experience to develop, analyze, and evaluate engineering and program management documentation associated with the modernization, expansion and integration of the National Airspace System (NAS) architecture.
You will assist in the development and modeling of project-level DoDAF products in Visio.

Must have the following:
1. BS degree or higher in engineering, hard science, physics, or math.
2. Minimum of 10 years professional engineering experience
3. Minimum of two years of prior experience developing DoDAF or C4ISR products
4. Demonstrated usage of MS Office tools, including Visio
5. Excellent communication skills
6. You must be capable of working in an integrated team environment
7. Experience developing DoDAF products using the IBM System Architect tool.

Prefer:
1. BS degree or higher in systems engineering.
2. Prior experience working with the FAA
