Actively manage the Data Management portion of the Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) process for the DDG 51 Class Ship Acquisition Configuration/Data Manager (PMS 400D72). Process, coordinate and track CDRL receipts, distribution to the data monitors, receipts of comments and/or approvals, interface with the technical community to resolve comments, identify delinquent submittals, prepare CDRL packages for signature by PMS 400D, distribute signed letters and perform data entry of tracking data.
Coordinate and perform in support of PMS 400D72 for ad-hoc responsibilities such as, responding to Contract Change inquires, CDRL cost requests, approval dates, work item inquiries, validation of the DM database, and technical research and analysis.
Monitor implementation of approved CDRL ECPs into Configuration Control Baselines (CCBL) contract documents.
Provide audit of CDRL, contract drawings, ship specifications, and ship schedules.
Develop and maintain DM metrics on shipyard performance to analyze efficiency of processing CDRL ECPs through various stages of approval or for incorporation into Navy RFPs.
Develop and maintain DM Task Management Operating Procedures (TMOPs).
Develop CDRL ICP packages for PMS 400D7 approval, attend Pre-ICP Meetings.
REQUIRED:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications
Superior organizational skills and detail oriented

Previous Data Management and/or Configuration Management experience
PEO SHIPs Program Office and/or Aegis Experience support - at least 6 months
